[ITK-dev] ITK 4.6 Release Candidate Scheduled for Next Week

Hi Folks,

As a reminder, we are scheduled for the first 4.6 release candidate at
the beginning of next week [1].

Please only merge enhancements that are ready, have been approved by
another person in review, and are passing all CDash at Home builds this
week.
