[Insight-developers] [ITK Community] Remote modules License

Thanks for taking a look Matt and Brian,

For simplicity, I've just relicensed the code in question to an apache 2.0
license, but i think these are questions that will need to be worked
through if Remote modules become an important part of the toolkit.
