[Insight-developers] New Remote Module: SkullStrip

JC,
That is exactly my plan. Once the remote module is into ITK and the
Slicer version of ITK is updtaed, I can just add:

Module_SkulStrip:BOOL=ON

To the ITKv4 superbuild.
