[Insight-developers] Updating the Toolkit Status for Insight Journal articles

Hi Matt,

Here are couple of contributions that are now part of the toolkit:

* [1] Escher's Ants as Metaphor: Topological Marching for the Well-Composed, Genus Zero Crowd has been integrated into the toolkit and is now part of module ITKFastMarching (see itk::FastMarchingBase<>::SetTopologyCheck [2])

* The following contributions are part of ITKQuadEdgeMeshFiltering module:
