[Insight-developers] Flipped Analyze 7.5 files

Hi all,

A customer of ours has a 'flipped' Analyze 7.5 file.

We created a patch for 4.x here:
<http://review.source.kitware.com/#/c/10327/1/Modules/IO/NIFTI/src/itkNiftiImageIO.cxx>

and for 3.x (attached).

Does this seem like a correct/acceptable fix?
