[Insight-developers] No Doxygen for deprecated classes

Hello,

I was just started to get some error on my SimpleITK dashboard from some classes which are now deprecated and not enable by default.

I knew there was a patch which moved some of this around and added more classed to the \depricated group in Doxygen. But these classes aren't in doxygen any more. I think that this module might need to be manually turned on now for the doxygen to get it to include.

Do you think this should be done, or should there be no doxygen for the deprecated classes?
