Matt, dash5ubuntu.kitware Ubuntu-gcc-Release-LevelSetV4Visualization needs a newer VTK than VTK 5.9. I have a gerrit patch here: http://review.source.kitware.com/#/c/4332/ that generates a cake error if the version of VTK is not compatible with ITKv4.
