Folks, I have successfully built ITKApps with ITK Modular. On my mingw platform I did need to use my patched cmake. I have pushed the ITKApp patches to gerrit: http://review.source.kitware.com/#change,1197 For the most part it was replacing ITK libs with ITK_LIBRARIES. Bill
