[Insight-developers] git gerrit-push fails on mingw

Matt,

After updating my setup, I get this error when I try a gerrit-push on my
mingw system:
$ git gerrit-push
'Utilities' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

If I explicitly run:
./Utilities/Git/git-gerrit-push

it runs fine.

I am running the git-bash console.
