[Insight-developers] replacement for itkTestMain.h?

As most of us have become aware, the ITK Testing framework has changed,
for the better.

Unfortunately some users (us at Iowa for example) have used itkTestMain.h
to write our own tests.


I've noticed that the headers used by the new testing framework are
installed in the ITK header directory.  Unfortunately the (rather complex)
CMake support for generating test programs is not.  So to try and use the
new testing framework is challenging to say the least.

Are there any plans to expose the new testing framework?
