[Insight-developers] Visual Studio 2010 problem?

I¹m using 2.8.2.  I thought it might be a CMake issue, but I thought there
was a test for the right version of CMake?  Perhaps this needs to be added?

I¹ll try a fresh build with 2.8.4.
