[Insight-developers] ITK convention between #include "" and #include <>

Indeed, it does appear to be done with both conventions, more so with "<".
I'm really not sure.

  grep -R "include *<itksys" . | wc -l && grep -R "include *\"itksys" . | wc
-l

      72
      14
