[Insight-developers] Dashboard Cleanup: mini0.nlm MacOSX-cross-rosetta : 50 tests failing

Hi Brad,

I was able to duplicate an error-free ctest with the -ppc option on
dashmacmini3 (although there seemed to be a problem uploading to the
Dashboard).

This gives me a starting point for inserting the latest NrrdIO files, one by
one. See below.
