[Insight-developers] warning about uninitialized variable or unused value

Hi,

I've just assigned a value to matrixDet in LabelGeometryImageFilter to  
avoid this warning with gcc:

/home/glehmann/src/tests/Insight/Code/Review/ 
itkLabelGeometryImageFilter.txx:94: attention : ‘matrixDet’ may be  
used uninitialized in this function

but now we get this one with borland:

What is the best option for this kind of problem?
