[Insight-developers] openjpg include dir not exported

Hi Hauke,

Thanks for pointing this out.

It is great if you give it a shot at the new workflow.
Please don't hesitate to post questions if you run
into any problems. We are all trying to define (and
figure out) this process together, so it still  have some
rough edges.
