[Insight-developers] Submitting experimental build

Hi Insight Developers,

I am trying to submit my first ITK experimental build, but I can't
seem to make it work.

I am using: CMake 2.4.7, ITK CVS,  Windows Vista, Visual Studio 2005.

I have made some additions to the ITK Review folder that I want to
submit to the Dashboard before committing. I build the solution, run
the tests (all pass), then run the "Experimental" build (from within
Visual Studio). I expected this would automatically submit the results
to the Insight dashboard. Instead I get the following error:

So it seems some trigger URL is malformed. Did I have set this
somewhere? Is it the DART_ROOT variable?

I had a (quick) Google and look through the wiki to no avail. Any help
appreciated.
