There are many failing tests on this platform: kraepelin.uiowa

I think the registration tests are failing because of the recent probe
related changes in Review. Unfortunately, the output is not very
helpful.

This test, itkNormalizedCorrelationImageFilterTest, just started to
fail today. I don't see any reason for this according to the changes.
We should wait another day on this one.

The meta tests have been failing for a long time. Julien knows about these.

I fixed the PrintSelf problem.
