Dan,

I am also attempting to use ITK with .NET CLR.  So, I am very interested in
your Wrapper.  However, my (unsuccessful, thus far,) approach has been to
use mixed managed and unmanaged code in visual studio 2005.  So, all I can
say is I hope the "funky C++/CLI" gets working for you, because it could
save me a lot of time trying to chase down mixed mode compiler problems.
