[Insight-developers] KWStyle and namespace checking

Bill,

Thanks for pointing this out.
I have added a way to disable namespaces for the test files (matching 
some regex with the filenames in the overwrite file).

Luis committed the modifications to ITK and we should see the results on 
tomorrow's dashboard.
