[Insight-developers] Import of DICOM Data

I have tested importing of the Visible human data generated by Bill
using a previous version of ITK / GDCM. I was able to successfully
import the images onto the following systems:

E-Film version 1.9
Vitrea 2 Workstation
Siemens Satellite Console running VA25A and VB11D
