We've been having the same problem with itk.org being inaccessible. In our scripts, we've temporarily changed the ITK checkout to use vtk.org, which has solved the problem for us for now, e.g: cvs -z3 -d :pserver:anoncvs at www.vtk.org:/cvsroot/Insight checkout -r Slicer-2-6 Insight Katie
