[Insight-developers] ICC8.0 issue and CMake check for endiane ss

Hi Bill,

I'm using CMake 2.0.2. I'll upgrade to 2.0.5 as soon as I can.
I've added the linker flag. I'm cleaning/building. I'm wondering if the 
failing tests are really due to the endianess...
