[Insight-developers] ITK/CVS with GCC4.0 doesn't compile

I don't know if anyone else was masochist enough to download and try 
gcc4, which was released today, but it craps out compiling CSwig -- 
ironically enough, because of a compile error in the GCC source included 
in CSwig, an error message about an improper lvalue being incremented.

Don't know if it's better to wait for 4 to settle down a bit, but it 
really does compile faster than 3.4 and before, and has vectorization 
support on common platforms, which is potentially a win for ITK...
