[Insight-developers] Bug in itkOrientImageFilter

Folks,

I found a bug in itkOrientImageFilter that was producing the wrong orientation if 3 axis permutes were involved. I discovered while adding support for image direction in this class. The permutation rotation was in the wrong direction.

I'll be checking in the bug fix as well as other enhancements to this class later today. I just wanted to give a heads-up to those that use it.
