[Insight-developers] How to Cmake itk

Recently,I learn to use itk to program,means:I'm a layman.Please do me a great fovor!
Now my problem is :how to use cmake to configure ITK.Means how to set up cmake configure?in cmake which one is on and off?
windoww 2000   ITK1.6  CMake1.8   TCL   FLTK1.1.4
