Would it make sense and be possible to allow MetaImageIO and some other IO classes to read gzipped images? I noticed that the AnalyzeImageIO class does have the ability to do so, so the necessary libraries are already in ITK. It would be very useful for our SNAP tool, because the older version could read gzip files, and its user base is used to having the images zipped up. Paul
