[Insight-developers] coverage for Type macro

Hi.

The MaximumDecisionRule (one of the DecisionRuleBase
class's subclasses) is tested in the
itkCommonPrintTest. However, the test result doesn't
print the supclass name. 

Is there other print test program that I have to add
lines to test the superclass' GetNameOfClass?
