[Insight-developers] Size of ITK build

Another data point:  my shared, debug, non-optimized, non-stripped Insight build takes 468M (with no
testing XML files).  The majority of that is in Testing/Code.  Since each .o builds a good chunk of
ITK, many of them are ~1M, oddly enough, the executable built from a 934K .o is 787K.  So given the
200-odd tests, it's not surprising that Testing/Code requires 383M of space.
