[Insight-developers] New download page with statistics

Hi Folks-

At Terry's request we have put some rudimentary information gathering 
capability in the ITK download web page 
(http://www.itk.org/HTML/Download.php). The page requires that users 
provide a name and email, everything else is optional. (The name and/or 
email is not checked for validity so they can be bogus.) Once this 
information is provided, the download site is accessible. (Note: the 
download site can be bookmarked so the form only needs to be filled out 
once. Also, users who download via CVS or who directly ftp the downloads 
will bypass the information gathering process.)

One very nice feature of the download facility is that we collect 
statistics and post them in graphical form on a protected web page 
(accessible only by developers). Go here 
http://www.itk.org/HTML/Stats/Downloads.php to see this. You will have to 
enter your developer user name and password to gain access to the statistics.

Please take a peek and let us know if there are issues and/or suggestions 
with what we've done.
