[Insight-developers] Mac OS 10.2 build

I know. I've seen this ever since we added the tests. I tried to chalk it up=
 to a bad compiler. I'll have to did into them again I guess. The esopus=
 build is a coverage build. On that build, the tests are crashing.=
 Strange...
