[Insight-developers] fltk problems

Yes, I tried moving the files manually into the build tree and it failed. I really don't want to dig
deep into fltk. Maybe Luis will know why it still fails when the images are moved into the build
tree.

Another approach would be to copy the gif's into the binary tree and stick with
the relative paths, although I could not get this to work.
