Hi, About the problem with the alphabetical index, the 1.2.11 release of Doxygen fixed that. This is the comment from the "bug fixes" list http://www.stack.nl/~dimitri/doxygen/changelog.html "Sorting the alphabetical list was broken for nested classes." Any volunteers for updating Doxygen at Kitware ? Thanks Luis
