[Insight-developers] Examples in SunOS-5.6-c++ : missing FLTK

Actually, the problem is not that fltk is missing is that the include lines
in the examples are wrong.  They are

#include "Fl/something"

and they need to be

#include "FL/something"

The system:

     SunOS-5.6-c++

In the dashboard is building the /Examples,
and seems to be missing the path for FLTK
includes. That sould get rid of most of
the 40 errors that appear today.
