I have two questions/comments about CMake. I wonder if the experts can help
me:

    1. How can I use cmake to generate a Makefile (dsp, and dsw files) for a
project outside the ITK tree? As a user of ITK (not a developer), I would
like to create a Visual Studio project from where I can instantiate ITK
objects. I know Damien checked in a document describing a procedure not
using Cmake. Does CMake automate that procedure? If so, how can I do i?

    2. The ITK.dsw file generated by CMake seems to have become unmanageably
large. It takes minutes to load up in my Visual Studio environment and often
gets corrupted. How can I tell what projects I need to compile in that?
Would it make sense to generate multiple dsw files, one for core ITK
libraries, one for Cmake, one or multiple for the various tests?

Thanks,
Vikram
