[Insight-developers] Reminders...

This is a reminder to all Insight Contractor PIs about the upcoming
Insight Developers meeting at the NLM.  

The dates were discussed at the previous meeting in Salt Lake City,
and all meetings for 2001 were decided at that time.

What:   Insight Developer's Meeting and Review
Where:  NLM, Board of Regents Room, NIH
When:   April 19th-20th, 2001

Please come prepared to discuss your progress.  Each of the six prime
contractors is expected to give a 15-20 minute presentation on the
progress of their group (occupying 90 minutes to 2 hours of the meeting).
Consider this similar to a paper presentation in terms of conciseness.
Please remember that representatives from the other NIH and NSF
funding organizations (NLM, NIDCR, NINDS, NIMH, NEI, NSF, NCI, and
NIDCD) will be sending representatives to the meeting to review our
progress.  Demonstrations of the toolkit in test applications would
probably be most accessible to non-imaging folk.  Anything specific to
a particular agency or institute would be acceptable as well.

If you have not already done so, please begin making your travel
arrangements as necessary.  If you are planning to arrive via train or
plane the day of the meeting, please let me know.    Also, I have
included a list of Bethesda hotels with this e-mail.

Some PIs may have additional responsibilities during the meeting
including the chairing of some sessions and additional presentations.
A draft agenda is circulating, and a working version will be posted to
this list shortly.
