[Insight-developers] Compile Error in vxl

Did you use the PCbuilder to setup your environment? I had the same
problem, but followed the "How-to" guide deposited by Stephen Aylward
(which was very useful, thanks) and the error is gone for me. Hope this
makes sense and helps.
