Hello <b class="gmail_sendername">Ashwath,<br>
</b><br>
The IGSTK navigator example does not handle the cross hairs
correctly<br>
It only works on orthogonal aligned datasets (like CTs without tilt)<br>
<br>
see however the following messages (check your version has those
fixes set)<br>
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://public.kitware.com/pipermail/igstk-users/2010-June/000887.html">http://public.kitware.com/pipermail/igstk-users/2010-June/000887.html</a><br>
<br>
I will try to send you a patch until we go for a refactoring in this
regard: <br>
<br>
the idea would be to draw the cross hairs (and any other polyline)
on the resliced plane, by taking into account its normal toward the
camera in the 2D view<br>
<br>
regards,<br>
sebastian<br>
