trying to test the example of Robot-Assisted Needle Placement for the realease 
2.0. It works fine, but I need an image to load, and I don’t find the good one 
in the Testing/Data directory. Which are the correct ones to load the same 
example that appears in Figure 26.4 for the book 4.2 release??</span></i></p>
