<div>Hi Patrick and Andinet,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I am going by Andinet's suggestion as I need to get this working as soon as possible. But, it would be awesome to have a direct ITK to IGSTK spatialobjects adapter as Patrick mentioned. </div>

<div>Thanks for the replies,</div>

<div class="Wj3C7c">Hi everyone,<br> I am writing a virtual bronchoscopy surgical tool with the pre planning stage (segmentation) in ITK and surgical stage in IGSTK. In ITK, I have segmented and created an itk::mesh that I want to save to disk and read in at the IGSTK as a IGSTK::MeshObject. Any ideas on how to do this?<br>
I prefer to keep the complexity down at the IGSTK side.<br> Thanks a lot.<br>Aswin John.<br> <br></div></div>
