Hi Patrick,

I understand and agree with all the other priorities.

my code is very simple, based on the old FlockOfBirdTracker classes, just before the refactoring. It was an adaptation of the NeedleBiopsy example

My intention is to merge the IGSTK tracking classes with another application based on MITK, probably through a socket-based link like the one you have implemented to link with Slicer

but for now, let's see if we can make IGSTK again compliant with the FOB tracker, similar to the way the other three trackers are already working

bye for now,

seba

ps: i'll fill the form ...

On Wed, Apr 2, 2008 at 4:29 PM, Patrick Cheng <cheng@isis.georgetown.edu> wrote:

This is great! As we would like to add the support to FlockOfBird tracker as much as you do, it kinda fall under other tasks with higher priorities.

To get started, you need to get access to IGSTKSandbox cvs repository.
Please fill the form:

Andinet can help you with the design (He is the one lead the refactoring of tracker classes), and we do have a tracker here in Georgetown so we can help test the code.

BTW: Is your code based on the old FlockOfBirdTracker code in IGSTK, or you wrote your own classes?

Thank you,
