Hello Matias,
 
I see you did not get any response to your question. So, it would be very useful if you can be a little more specific about the points cloud you want to generate from the DICOM images. Do you want to generate contours? or generate points at each pixel of the image stack? or what?

I'm developing an application in VS2012 (Using C#) and wanted to know if IGSTK could help me on getting a points cloud from a stack of DICOM images. I basically need a list of the points. I've researched that functionality using ActiViz but I can't find it..
