[IGSTK-Users] CT image not loading properly

Hi All,
  I am trying to load a CT image series in the application NeedleBiopsy. However, the Axial view seems to load fine while the Coronal and Sagittal views are coming as very thin rectangles. I was wondering if somebody had seen this issue in the past or could guide me on some mistakes I might be doing potentially. The  application is built on Ubuntu platform .
