[IGSTK-Users] Error when configure the examples of IGSTK

Hi Ling Luo,

You need to configure and build the IGSTK library first.

If you have IGSTK_BUILD_EXAMPLE on and IGSTK_USE_FLTK on, then all the
examples should be built when you compile the IGSTK library.
