[IGSTK-Users] Navigation application code

Hi folks,

What is the most advanced open source surgical navigation application
that you know of?  Is there code out there that has the GUI for
loading a volume, picking landmarks on the image data, then on the
patient, computing the transform, etc?

(based on IGSTK or not)
