[IGSTK-Users] making an igstk project using visual studio express

hi, newbie trying to make an igstk project, i can get the helloworld 
to work. but that does not use pre-compiled headers and has bunch of 
other projects in the solution

has anyone had any luck turning on using pre-compiled header in the 
sample projects?

ideally, one could make a project from scratch, but the additional 
include directories and libs are sorta scary.

it looks like install puts what one would need into the installed 
area. has anyone had any luck using this?
