[IGSTK-Users] itk::mesh to igstk::meshobject

Hi Aswin John,

I think we can write a ITKSpatialObjectAdapter class that can accept ITK 
sptial object as input and output IGSTKSpatialObject. Does that sound 
good to you? Or do you have other suggestions?
