[IGSTK-Users] compiling IGSTK on OSX 10.5

I just updated from CVS and ran it and have the same issue (OS X 10.4, 
powerPC). In fact mine doesn't track at all. I also ran it both under 
Carbon and under XFree86. The XFree86 version shows junk in the other 3 
quadrants.
