Hi Ryan,

IGSTK image reader class uses internally ITK classes. At the present, 
the IGSTK
reader classes process a dicom directory containing 2D slices from a 
single series.

But you can definitely use ITK series readers to load 4D CT data and pass
a selected 3D volume to IGSTK classes
