I am going to be at a seminar tomorrow (so I will miss the meeting) but 
I wanted to share what I have so far with respect to the Requirements 
Chapter since the deadline is tomorrow. Instead of e-mailing it, here is 
the web link to the word document.  I made do a little some more 
tomorrow morning, but I will make sure to put in in the same spot.

I warn you that it is still in "draft" mode.  I think that the snapshot 
of requirements at publication time should be moved to an appendix, if 
we agree that it is valuable. Although I added step-by-step on getting 
requirements from the bugTracker, not sure about this with respect to 
dating the book. We can discuss the implications as a group, I guess.
