Stephen,

Many thanks for your comments, I am looking at them now. Unfortunately I
have not done a good job at CM of the document, some of the sections you
added edits to have been reworked some already. That is my fault and I
apologize. I will send out the latest before the meeting.

You are correct that the paper does not flow well from the application
space into the software engineering space. KC has an action to provide a
summary/conclusion, and I have an action to rework the material on page 3
that transitions to the software engineering/reliability issues. We hope
to do that today.
